-I don't know how to post?
Simply click on the "Post" button which is located next to the search bar at the top of the home page of Shoutet, this button will lead you to a page with 3 boxes labelled Title, Body and tags. Now you can type in what's on your mind or even a story you heard earlier today, after you have done filling in all of the fields click submit. Now sit back and watch all of the comments, votes and Listeners come your way.

- How do I vote on someone's post?
Have you ever wondered what those two little waves are doing next someone's post? Well those are votes, if you admire the post you can simply click on the green wave which is pointing upwards or if you disagree with it you can click on the red wave which is facing down. The number in between the two waves shows how many people like the post. If the number shows a minus symbol then that means that people dislike it a lot!

- What does the "Listen" button do?
Once clicked on someone's "Listen" button you will be up to date on their posts. When you are listening to a user you will receive instant posts. These posts will be displayed underneath the tab labelled "Listening To" on your profile page.

- Another user is using abusive language towards me, how do I stop this?
If any user is violating Shoutets Terms of Use by doing or saying abusive, threatening, harmful or hateful (etc.) things towards you make sure you immediately contact us and we will fix the problem. If any user violates Shoutets Terms of Use we will permanently ban them and possibly illegal action may occur.

- Are you able sort between posts?
Yes you can, you know those words above the sponsored link on the home page of Shoutet? Well once clicked on, the posts below the sponsored link will change to what you want them to be sorted by. You can choose between either Most recent and votes.

- What does remaining time mean?
Remaining time can be found on your profile page under your total listenrs count. Remaining time is basically the time you have left until your post degrades back to a normal post. If you havnt got any upgraded posts, remaining time should stay a 0.

- How do i upgrade my post
From your profile page, simply click the 'upgrade posts' link next to your account settings link. This will take you to a page with all your posts that can be upgraded, just click on the post you want to be upgraded. This page will show you the available upgrades, how many Shoutet Points you have and more. Simply click the 'Purchase' link to the corresponding upgraded you want to perform. Your post will stay upgraded for 24 hours.

- How do i get more Shoutet Points
Shoutet points can be obtained by using your referral link located in your account settings. Your referral link works by sending the user to the Shoutet sign up page, if they sign up you will recieve 3 Shoutet Points.
